Terms and Conditions
1.1 These are the terms and conditions on which we supply e-cigarette and related
products to you.
1.2 Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you submit your order to
us. These terms and conditions tell you who we are; how we will provide products to
you; how you and we may change or end the contract; what to do if there is a
problem; and other important information.

2.3 We may contact you by telephone or in writing to you at the email address or
postal address you provided to us in your order.
OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
3.1 Our acceptance of your order will constitute the conclusion of a contract between
us.
3.2 If, for any reason, we are unable to accept your order we will inform you by email
and will not charge you for the product.
3.3 We will assign a number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept
your order. Please use this order number in any subsequent communication.
3.4 We only sell goods to consumers resident in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales &
Northern Ireland). We can also ship to members of the British Armed Forces serving
abroad via the BFPO.
3.5 We only sell to people over 18. We do not sell e-cigarettes or related products to
anyone who is under 18 years of age.
3.6 We require to carry out verification of ID. We may do so when you open an
account and on subsequent change of personal details. We may share your name,
address and date of birth with a credit reference agency.

If we are unable to verify your age, we will ask you to provide documentary evidence (e.g. copy passport or driving licence) for verification purposes. We will not despatch any product(s) until we have verified your age. If we are unable to verify your age we will cancel your order and refund any payment made.

are for illustrative purposes only.
4.2 Product packaging may vary from that shown in images on our website.
4.3 We strongly recommend that you read any manufacturers’ instructions relating to
your product before use.
YOUR RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES
5.1 If you wish to make a change to your order please contact us. We will let you
know if the change is possible.
OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
6.1 We may change our products:
(a) to reflect changes in the law; and
(b) to improve performance.
PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS
7.1 Delivery costs are displayed on our website.
7.2 We will deliver our products to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any
event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.
7.3 We are not responsible for delays outwith our control. In the event of delay we
will inform you as soon as we become aware.
7.4 If delivery and/or postage through your letterbox is not possible, information will
be left to rearrange delivery or to collect your product(s) from your local depot.
7.5 If, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect the
products from a delivery depot within 14 days, or you are not at home when the
carrier attempts redelivery, the product(s) will be returned to us. We will contact you
for further instructions and may charge you for storage and any further delivery
costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange
delivery or collection, we may end the contract and clause 10 will apply.
7.6 Ownership of product(s) purchased from us passes to you on delivery.
YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
8.1 You can terminate your contract with us in the following circumstances:
(a) If the product(s) purchased is faulty;
(b) In terms of clause 8.2; or
(c) If you have changed your mind in terms of clause 8.3. You may be able to get a
refund if you are within the cooling-off period, but this may be subject to cost
deductions.
8.2 If you wish to end the contract for a reason set out at (a) to (c) below, we will
refund you in full for any products which have not been provided by us:
(a) we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you
have ordered and you no longer wish to proceed;
(b) there is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of
events outwith our control; or
(c) you have a legal right to end the contract.
8.3 If you are resident in the UK you have a right to change your mind within 14 days
of purchase and to receive a refund.
8.4 You have the right to return our product(s) within 30 days of delivery. This
goodwill guarantee does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty or
misdescribed products (see clause 11.2).
8.5 You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of sealed products (e.g.
vape kits, liquids, tanks) which have been unsealed after delivery.
8.6 You have 30 days after receipt of our product(s) to change your mind and return
the product(s) to us.
HOW TO END THE CONTRACT WITH US (INCLUDING IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND)
9.1 To end your contract with us, please let us know by calling customer services on
or by emailing us at . Please provide your name and order number or your name and delivery or billing address.
9.2 If our contract is terminated by you after delivery, you must return our product(s)
by posting them back to us at within 14 days. Please include
the return slip or a note with your name and order number and the reason for
termination. Please see our returns section for information on how to return product(s).
Refund will be made by us on receipt of the returned product(s).
9.3 We will refund the product(s) and any delivery cost by the method you used for
payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.
9.4 We may reduce any refund to you, to reflect any reduction in the value of
product(s) returned to us, if there appears to be wear and tear caused by you. In the
event that a refund has already been made to you, you will be liable for the reduced
cost of product(s) subsequently returned to us by you.
9.5 Refunds will be made as soon as possible, normally within 14 days after we
receive product(s) returned to us.
OUR RIGHT TO END THE CONTRACT
10.1 We reserve the right to end the contract if you fail to fulfil your obligations.
