Age Restriction

You must be 18 to purchase goods from this site. Before you complete your purchase you must check the box stating that you have read these Terms and Conditions and our legal disclaimer. We do everything we can to prevent purchases being made by under-age customers. Customers will be prompted to submit details to 1account for age verification purposes. This is British law that we must comply with. Customers who do not wish to submit details for age verification can choose age verified delivery at a higher cost.

Refunds and Returns, Shipping

If you are returning goods, it is important to return them in their full original packaging in its original condition. Please note that the return cannot be completed if the complete packaging is not included with the returned items. This ensures we can process returns efficiently and maintain product quality standards. 

If you want to cancel your order whilst the returns process is taking place, please be aware that we must wait until we have received the items. At that point if you wish to have the order cancelled and refunded your original postage charge plus the returns fee will be deducted from your final refund.

You must take good care of the items whilst they’re in your possession. Any items returned must be complete and have no damage, including all accessories and contents. Proof of purchase must also be provided. Goods returned must be complete and undamaged, with any accessories, leads or other items provided with the goods and with proof of purchase. If you are returning goods, it is important to return them in their full original packaging in its original condition. Please note that the return cannot be completed if the complete packaging is not included with the returned items. This ensures we can process returns efficiently and maintain product quality standards. 

Intimate, perishable and “best-before” items cannot be returned. This includes e-liquids, coils and tanks, due to hygiene purposes. We reserve the right to charge a restock fee for any unwanted or non-faulty items returned and up to the full retail value. When an item is eligible for a warranty, this is indicated on the product page.

Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids or tanks that have been unsealed or used at all. Coils are a consumable item and returns can only be accepted when the blister pack remains intact.

You are entitled to examine any goods ordered as you would in a shop. however, if you use the goods, you may lose your right to cancel your purchase. Use would include any functions of the goods for example fitting an atomiser to the mod, firing the mod with an atomiser, changing any setting on the mod.

All return goods can be returned by sending them to returns team, VapeSmokeChill, 2/14 Portland Gardens, Edinburgh, EH6 6NA, at your cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are received by us and we recommend using special delivery or signed for services where appropriate. Where goods may be faulty we will refund postage to the value of £3.00. If goods are not faulty this will not be refunded and payment to have the goods returned to you will be required at our discretion.

IMPORTANT – If you enter wrong address or refuse delivery/collection and the parcel is returned to VapeSmokeChill you will be liable for the return to sender fee. This is a flat rate from Royal Mail of £3.95 for any service within the UK. Additional postage fees may apply if you wish to have the parcel re-posted.

We will endeavor to process returns immediately but please allow up to 14 days for refund/repair/replacement.

VapeSmokeChill will refund up to £3.50 of postage for any returned good confirmed faulty once tested.

Dispatch & Delivery


Orders placed before 6pm will be sent out same day. Orders placed after 6pm will be sent the following day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

There is an option for age-verified delivery should a customer not wish to use 1account to verify their age.

Shipping is Monday to Saturday. 

If an item does not turn up, Royal Mail/DPD/UPS ask that you wait 10 working days after date of dispatch to see if it arrives.  If still not arrived, a replacement will be sent. There are no issues refunding or replacing any item that does happen to go missing, but Royal Mail/DPD/UPS terms state 10 working days must pass before can be reported missing.  By ordering from VapeSmokeChill you accept these terms. Refunds of any postage fees for late deliveries will not be offered.

Liability

VapeSmokeChill, to the extent allowed by law, will not be held liable or responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damage or loss arising out of products sold from the site referred to items in these circumstances:

1. For losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made.
2. For losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of VapeSmokeChill or their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non-consumers. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payment

All payments must be paid when ordering. VapeSmokeChill has the right to withhold products and suspend further deliveries until the payment issues have been resolved. We accept all major credit and debit cards. When choosing the Bank Transfer option at checkout, VapeSmokeChill will wait until the transfer has taken place before processing the order.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. These prices can be changed and VapeSmokeChill reserves the right to amend prices, without prior notice, at any time. The amendments will only be made prior to an order or contact. Any tax or duty that needs paid will be charged at the current rate at the time of dispatch. All delivery charges and credit card changes are additional.

Cancellations

The Buyer should inspect all products immediately upon receiving them. If there is any problem/damage or the product does not comply with any aspect of the contract, the Buyer needs to notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery in writing. Failure to do so deems the Buyer to have accepted the product.

Quality

All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Title to Goods

The property and title of all goods and product will remain that of VapeSmokeChill until full payment has been received. Upon receiving payment, the property and title will pass to the customer.

By accepting these terms & conditions, you consent to VapeSmokeChill contacting you with marketing materials via email. You can unsubscribe from these materials at any time.

We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.
